I significantly "healthified" it, but it still tasted awesome. I used Smart Balance instead of butter, 3/4 c Splenda in place of all the sugar, sugar-free chocolate chips (Hershey's used to make them, and I stocked up when they went on clearance), nonfat yogurt, egg substitute, and white whole wheat flour. Seriously, it still tasted great. I think the addition of chocolate lets you get away with all sorts of other healthy stuff. :-)Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01033959113544945199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-1169352007093411642007-01-20T23:00:00.000-05:002007-01-20T23:00:00.000-05:00Miriam - More chocolate = good to me!Miriam - More chocolate = good to me!Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12900263145684208002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-1169196597871872452007-01-19T03:49:00.000-05:002007-01-19T03:49:00.000-05:00Hey Joe! I thought the banana flavor was a little too strong, though. Next time I make this, I'm going to up the chocolate by 1/2 a cup and reduce the amount of mashed banana by 1/2.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-1137990365979450252006-01-22T23:26:00.000-05:002006-01-22T23:26:00.000-05:00Way to go my!
