I just wanted to add that I found chopsticks to be better for handling them while dipping, rather than toothpicks or skewers. But I suppose that'd only be the case for people used to using chopsticks. <br /><br />Anyway, thanks for a great recipe! I used two types of chocolat...I just made a batch. I used two types of chocolate chips mixed with Crisco shortening which I melted in the microwave. I put the balls in the freezer for about an hour. The chocolate immediately started to harden on the cold balls. I also added chopped walnuts to some of them.
