I agree with you ab...Thanks for the recipe, Joe.:) <br />I agree with you about the frozen strawberry chunks - I've never cared for them either. Instead of dividing the strawberries, how do you think it would turn out, processing the entire 2 cups, and omitting the chopped chunks at the end? Or maybe just 1 1/2 cups, since the entire 2 cups might make the sherbet too watery/icy? I'm thinking just 1 cup wouldn't be strawberry-ey enough.
