It is worth the work, but I'll feel that way a day or two after!

Rita - We can't unfortunately, Spike is 18 years old now and we are afraid he wouldn't survive that kind of stress.

Alysha - Much less lawn, but no more rider!Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12900263145684208002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-82286833498502381862007-09-15T14:21:00.000-04:002007-09-15T14:21:00.000-04:00Mowing twice is no fun at all. I did that once to my son with broccoli slaw. I was fairly sure he wouldn't recognize it as broccoli - he didn't - and he was stunned when I told him what he was eating and even more stunned that he liked it. All is fair in love and cooking........ ;)Alyshahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06914870543398140819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-36292668801012993792007-09-15T08:30:00.000-04:002007-09-15T08:30:00.000-04:00Sorry about the back yard, pretty soon it will get...Sorry about the back yard, pretty soon it will get colder and the grass does not grow much then.Joe I want to go back and talk about your pups. Did you think about putting them on a plane? Maybe Jeff's Mom could fly with them, and then she could see your new house.I think that would be so much easier on you. The dish today looks yummie, I will save it. I used to have a lawn to mow like that back in the US, but here it takes just about 15 minutes to mow that is once we move all the potted plants out of the way. It does look so much better after the grass has been cut. Well done you!!Pathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04495028405455874666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-90390655676023617282007-09-14T23:05:00.000-04:002007-09-14T23:05:00.000-04:00Just think how much fun your back yard will be whe...Just think how much fun your back yard will be when it snows--sliding down the slope will be exciting for you and Jeff and the dogs!!
