And I did not have any Cheerios (I hate them), so I used three cups of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, and an extra half cup of sliced, toasted almonds. Made these last night & they're great!

Only changes I made were to switch out the raisins/pb chips for about a cup of semisweet chips. Also added a pinch more salt, and accidentally swapped the amounts of white and brown sugar. I'd probably keep it that way the next time I make these. I think they'd be good with peanuts too.

Thanks for this!spidercamphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15468555939593966113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-63077091609472334722009-10-25T16:27:39.620-04:002009-10-25T16:27:39.620-04:00Hendria - Great! The Cheerios seemed to blend into the cookies so you get a bit of crunch with an oat-y background. If you couldn't see them in the cookies, I don't know one would be able to pick them out.Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12900263145684208002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-23889611454455694132009-10-25T15:50:42.286-04:002009-10-25T15:50:42.286-04:00Joe......I'm curious how these taste. Curious to know what other reviewers have to say.

MarkMark Boxshus "Cookie Doctor"https://www.blogger.com/profile/13404169381490593932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-51518502411367004932009-10-25T14:24:31.262-04:002009-10-25T14:24:31.262-04:00These sound really interesting with the addition o...These sound really interesting with the addition of cheerios..I will be giving these a try.... :)Jannetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11296438259458199620noreply@blogger.com
