The flavors are wond...We (finally) made this dish. The flavors are wonderful. The 1-pound tenderloin was cooked to perfection following the instructions. Rather use two 1-pound tenderloins than one larger for more servings. Only had 2 cups red grapes and mixed with 2 cups green grapes.
