I a...i just tried this dish and it was DELICIOUS!!! I actually made it a tad different. I don't have a food processor (i know, naughty me) and so I just tossed in the tomatos chopped (skin and all). I also just baked up a loaf of garlic bread and cut it up and put that in. It was soooo good. It already had lots of butter but also the garlic added a yummy bite. Thanks so much for your blog. I check it allll the time and use many of your recipes. So far I've liked them ALL! I just bookmarked like 8 more recipes to try for next week. :)H.
