I will remember that =-)

Jancd - Hee hee!

Lewis - These did re-heat quite well!

Kristin - That's a good tip with the chicken, however the poaching with broth and extras do add some flavor to the filling!Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12900263145684208002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-90608476738710649522007-12-13T12:56:00.000-05:002007-12-13T12:56:00.000-05:00I made these last night as well! I would have liked something else with the chicken and sour cream...maybe some red pepper or something. I did sprinkle on some smoked paprika but it didn't come through as I had hoped.

I skipped the whole poaching bit and shredded a rotisserie chicken on Sunday. That was a nice timesaver as well.

Still, I will be enjoying the leftovers for a couple of days!Kristinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03357694767883126311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-29193939481159039402007-12-13T00:51:00.000-05:002007-12-13T00:51:00.000-05:00My family always knows when we are going to have C...My family always knows when we are going to have Chicken Enchiladas... it's the day after we have baked chicken ;) (shh... don't tell) I am still trying to perfect a homemade recipe for tortillas so if you hear something....Tablebreadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10239004596172058740noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14099844.post-21256627573362348202007-12-12T22:48:00.000-05:002007-12-12T22:48:00.000-05:00I've said woo doggy, heard woo doggy, but have nev...I've said woo doggy, heard woo doggy, but have never seen it written. I'm glad you enjoyed them as they are fairly authentic and I plan on making them one of these days.Robynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14715305578825299329noreply@blogger.com
