"Special Sauce" needs its own jingle! Love the simple ingredients!
ReplyDeleteBTW have been meaning to say, enjoyed the wedding posts. Your mother's place is beautiful and she worked so hard to create something special for your sister. I'm a Minnesotan too (350 miles further north!) and can't wait to get home for the 4th ...
I'm confused, do you mix in part of the sauce with the meat mixture??
ReplyDeleteAK - Thanks - she did work very hard! Have fun on your trip back home!
ReplyDeleteHi Anon -
ReplyDeleteNope - the 1/2 cup sauce listed in the recipe is just spread on the burgers after being cooked. The sauce recipe makes enough extra to have on hand for dipping or to use on other meats.
Those hamburger buns look really fresh and yummy. Thanks for this recipe, I am going to try and use tofu protein to try and make the burgers (as I am vege) since the sauce looks like heaven.
