Banana Pumpkin Smoothie (Adapted from CL)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup mashed pumpkin, semi frozen or chilled
1/4 to 1/2 cup ice cubes (depending on how thick you want it)
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
scant 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 large very ripe banana, frozen and diced
Puree yogurt, pumpkin, ice cubes, orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and banana in a blender until smooth.
Makes about 2 cups.
