Banana-Cocoa Soy Smoothie (Adapted from Eating Well)
2 bananas
1 cup silken tofu
1 cup soymilk
1/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
Cut banana into slices and place in the freezer until solid.
In a blender, add tofu, soymilk, cocoa and honey - process until smooth. Drop in frozen banana slices and puree until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
