Roast Turkey and Prosciutto Pizza (Adapted from CL)
prebaked pizza dough (I just made the whole-wheat dough we always used and prebaked it)
3/4 cup spicy pizza sauce (or your favorite tomato sauce)
2 ounces shredded fontina cheese
1 cup shredded cooked turkey breast
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 ounce fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
3 ounces prosciutto, torn or chopped into pieces
Preheat oven to 425
Set prebaked crust on a pizza peel or baking sheet. Spread on sauce and scatter fontina on top.
In a small bowl, mix together turkey and vinegar. Top pizza with turkey, onion, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and pepper.
Bake until crust is browned and cheese has melted - about 10-12 minutes. Remove and scatter prosciutto on top.
