Sesame Roasted Cauliflower

Sesame Roasted Cauliflower (Adapted from Canadian Living)

1 large head cauliflower (roughly 3 pounds)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400

Trim cauliflower and slice into florets.

Place a large baking sheet, coated with olive oil spray, in the oven to preheat for about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with canola oil, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Carefully arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet - place in the oven and roast, stirring once, until tender and browned, about 20 to 30 minutes.

Makes about 4 servings.
