Spicy Asian Slaw

Spicy Asian Slaw (Adapted from CL)

1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
16 ounces broccoli slaw
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and crush red pepper. Add broccoli slaw and green onions - toss well to coat. Scatter with chopped parsley and sesame seeds to serve.

Makes about 4 servings.
