Broccoli with Red Pepper Flakes and Toasted Garlic

Broccoli with Red Pepper Flakes and Toasted Garlic (Adapted from CL)

2 teaspoons olive oil
6 cups broccoli florets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/4 cup water

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Stir in broccoli, salt, crushed red pepper and sliced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes - stir in the 1/4 cup of water. Cover, reduce heat to low and continue to cook until the broccoli is crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.

Makes about 4 servings.
