Balsamic Carrot Salad

Balsamic Carrot Salad(Adapted from CL)

1 pound sliced carrots
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons extravirgin olive oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced

In a large bowl, toss together carrots, cilantro, balsamic vinegar, oil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. Cover and chill at least 1 hour for best flavor.
