Hoisin-Marinated Pork Chops

Hoisin-Marinated Pork Chops (Adapted from CL)

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 boneless center-cut pork chops

In a large zip-loc bag, combine hoisin, honey, soy sauce, crushed red pepper and garlic cloves. Add pork chops, turning to coat. Seal bag and place into the refrigerator to marinate for 8 hours.

Preheat grill or grill press.

Remove pork from bag and discard remaining marinade. Place pork onto the grill and cook until done, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Makes 4 pork chops.
