Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

Balsamic Roasted Asparagus(Adapted from CL)

1 pound asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425

Prepare asparagus by snapping off the tough ends. Set asaparagus in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Add salt, garlic, and pepper, tossing well to coat. Bake 10-15 minutes, turning once.

  1. This is my favorite way to cook asparagus, My whole family loves it. It works well with fresh whole carrots but they must be very thin or blanched a few minutes first.

  3. This is my favorite way of cooking asparagus. I just cooked a very similar meal, with salmon and asparagus cooked for 12-15 minutes at 425.
