One Recipe Chocolate Sugar Cookie Dough
One Recipe Peanut Butter Crunch Cookie Dough
Line a 9 x 5 " loaf pan with plastic wrap.
Cut each slab of dough in half. Press half of the chocolate dough in the bottom of the lined pan. Place half of the peanut butter dough on top and spread evenly. Repeat with remaining dough. Press each layer down firmly.
Cover the top with plastic wrap and place in the freezer to firm up for about 30 minutes. Remove the frozen dough and then wrap well to store in the freezer until you are ready to use.
Preheat the oven to 350
Bring the dough out from the freezer for about 10 minutes before you are ready to cut. Unwrap the dough and put it on a cutting board. Cut the dough crosswise into thirds. Carefully slice each piece into 1/4" slices and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. They don't expand a whole lot so about 1" apart is fine.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are beginning to set. Remove from the pan to a wire rack and cool completely.
